Komfortabel: Ein Wanderweg für zahlreiche Wanderungen auch im Winter führt direkt am Ferienhaus vorbei. Hinterm Haus steigst Du auf die Langlaufskier und legen los. Im Keller befinden sich ein Schi Raum und ein Schischuhtrockner. Die Bushaltestelle ist nur 120 m vom Ferienhaus entfernt. Die Liftticket Vorverkaufsstelle der Stubaier Gletscherbahn, Tourismusbüro, Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Skischule befinden sich in Neustift.

Ideal für Familien & kleinen Gruppen: Unsere Gäste wohnen in den eigenen vier Wänden – einfach unkompliziert und schön. Wir selbst wohnen im Dachgeschoß und sind jederzeit für Dich da. Ein Kindergitterbett, Kinderhochstuhl und Kindergeschirr stellen wir ihnen gerne zur Verfügung.

Wenn Du Urlaub machst wie Du willst, dann komm in unser Haus Bachstelze: Wer will, kocht selbst oder lässt sich im nahe gelegenen Gasthof mit einem Frühstückpuffet oder Halbpension verwöhnen, die Kinder können im Garten spielen. Sollte mal was danebengehen – die Waschmaschine steht bereit. Einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in gemütlicher Umgebung, mit super Service: das bietet Haus Bachstelze. Ich freue mich, Dich bei mir begrüßen zu dürfen und laden Dich ein, sich einen Überblick über mein Haus zu verschaffen. Hier auf der Webseite, über Telefon oder E-Mail.

Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung und des Doppelzimmers: Das Apartment und das Doppelzimmer sind hell und geräumig. Eine komplett ausgestattete Küche (Geschirr, Töpfe, Besteck, etc.), Mikrowelle, SAT-TV und Safe gehören zur Standardausstattung. Selbstverständlich stehen bei Deiner Anreise Bettwäsche und Handtücher zur Verfügung. Handtücher können 1x pro Woche gewechselt werden. Auf Anfrage stelle ich gerne ein Kinderbettchen und Kinderstuhl zur Verfügung. Ich sorgen auch dafür, dass eine Grundausstattung an Toilettenpapier und Geschirrspülmittel, Schwamm und Geschirrtüchern bei Deiner Anreise bereit liegen. Insgesamt habe ich in meinem Haus mit 1 Ferienwohnung und 1 Dreibettzimmer 11 Betten.

Einkaufen und Brötchen Service:

Es gibt ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft in Milders ca. 1 km entfernt, die größeren Supermärkte wie M-Preis oder Billa sind in Neustift ca. 3 km entfernt. Wir haben den Bäcker Ruetz, der im Winter und im Sommer täglich frische Brötchen auf Wunsch ins Haus liefert. Die Lieferung erfolgt morgens ab ca. 06:30 Uhr. Die Brötchen stehen entweder vor der Tür oder im Hauseingang. Du gibst mir bei Deiner Ankunft Bescheid ob Du Brötchen möchtest. Du kannst aus einer Liste die Brötchen wählen die ich Dir Bestellen soll. Die Abrechnung erfolgt laut Lieferschein am Ende der Woche.

Küche, Ski- und Schuhraum, Waschmaschine:

Die extra Küche steht dem Doppelzimmer im Erdgeschoss zur alleinigen Nutzung zur Verfügung. Selbstverständlich ist, dass die Küche immer so verlassen wird, dass auch der nächste Gast Freude daran hat. Der Ski- und Schuhraum steht Dir zur Verfügung. Der Schuhtrockner beheizt Deine Schuhe damit Du am nächsten Tag wieder warme Schuhe hasst. Für Schuhe oder Ski wird keine Haftung übernommen. Die Waschmaschine kannst Du gegen eine Gebühr von Euro 5,00 pro Waschgang ohne Waschmittel verwenden.

Ich bemühe mich die Wohnung und das Doppelzimmer so schnell wie möglich bezugsfertig zu machen, im Normalfall sind das Apartment und das Doppelzimmer am Anreisetag ab 15:00 bereit.

Anreise mit dem Auto: fahre auf der A13 in Richtung Brenner, nach der Europabrücke fahre in Schönberg bei der Ausfahrt "Stubaital" von der Autobahn ab, fahre auf der Bundesstraße nach Neustift, unterhalb der Kirche vorbei in Richtung Stubaier Gletscher, nach ca. 3 km hast Du die Ortschaft Schaller erreicht und siehst fast am Ortsende auf der linken Seite das Haus Bachstelze.

Verkehr, Wetter: Du kannst Dich über die aktuelle Verkehrslage über die Webseite des ÖAMTC informieren. Im Winter sorgst Du bitte für entsprechende Winterausrüstung am Auto.

Wohnen wie zu Hause.

Ich wohnen im selben Haus und zeige Dir natürlich alles bei Deiner Ankunft. Da ich im Winter berufstätig bin stehe ich nicht jeden Tag zur Verfügung, für diesen Fall kannst Du Dich mit Deinem anliegen gerne an meine Mutter die im Erdgeschoss wohnt wenden.

PS: Ich bin nicht immer sofort erreichbar, melde mich aber bestimmt.

Liberating Grace: The Power of the Reformation in the World Today

"Faith is a living, daring confidence in God's grace, so sure and certain that one would stake one's life on it a thousand times." – Martin Luther

How does the Reformation continue to inform the Lutheran Church’s interactions with other denominations and faiths, with the poor and underprivileged, with the social issues of our time? What directions might our Reformation heritage lead the church in the future? This two-day conference addresses the Reformation’s continuing impact on the church as it interacts with the wider world.

We have divided the weekend’s events into four parts. You are welcome to attend all four or mix and match according to your interests.

Part 1: The conference will begin at 7:30 p.m. Friday, March 31, with the popular and thought-provoking Nadia Bolz-Weber . Bolz-Weber, a best-selling author and pastor in the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America, will present the 2017 Farwell Distinguished Lecture, unpacking her vision of the role of the church in broader society as that vision connects to its Reformation roots.

At 10:30 a.m., attend one of three seminars:

Ralston Deffenbaugh:The Global Challenge of Refugee Protection in an Age of Fear

A Conversation with Lutheran Leaders, featuring Carol Birkland '67, April Ulring Larson '72, Sue Rothmeyer '81, and Heidi Torgerson-Martinez '00, moderated by Luther president Paula Carlson.

At 1:30 and 3 p.m., Luther College faculty and alumni will lead breakout sessions on a wide variety of topics related to the Reformation and the life of the church today.

Part 3: Saturday evening, join us for a special pre-concert dinner in Peace Dining Room. The exceptional menu includes: baked apple and baby kale salad, rye bread and brötchen rolls, roasted thyme-scented chicken breast over honey braised root vegetables or roasted vegetable stuffed charred red bell pepper, and caramel almond cake with red wine poached pear and thyme-infused whipped cream. Wine and beer will be available for purchase beginning at 5:30 p.m., with dinner served at 6 p.m.

Part 4: At 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, the Luther College Nordic Choir and Symphony Orchestra will perform J.S. Bach ’s Mass in B Minor in the Center for Faith and Life Main Hall. Bach's monumental work, a prominent example of the Lutheran musical tradition, serves as a reminder of the cultural impact of the Ref ormation.

The weekend will conclude with a festival worship service at 10 a.m. Sunday, April 2, in the Center for Faith and Life.

So Helpful!! - Hotel-Pizzeria VENEZIA

Plenty of space. Locks on doors. Wonderful owner an great pizzeria attached. Quiet little town. €2.50 for daily parking and free shuttle to Haun. Overall, worth the money ten times over. €60 for three beds in same room for one night. Shuttle took us to the airport at 5am and was incredibly prompt when we called to be picked up. Bedding was scratchy and walls were pretty thin.

The hotel itself is simple and cute.The staff is really friendly and the rooms are very clean. Personally I didn't get to eat breakfast in the hotel cause I left early everyday,so I can't really say anything about that.The only thing that truly sucks about the hotel is the wireless-it's extremely slow.

This place has a friendly owner and has good Italian food, generous servings and reasonable prices

It's conveniently located in the center of Sohren, and a few miles from Hahn airport.

It's open on Mondays when some other restaurants in the area are closed.

The place is spotlessly clean with comfortable beds. You are close to the Mosel River and Rhine so you can take day trips to either as well as Luxembourg. It hasn't changed in 33 years the same Italian charm from my first visit to my last visit. Love the bakeries and Kaffers shop. So quaint and wonderful to walk through the streets and see the churches.

Stayed September 2015, traveled as a couple

This was my second time staying at this wonderful hotel, a clean,comfortable room with plenty of space. The restaurant is a real gem managed by the very friendly owner and his lovely family. Delicious Italian food and some local dishes also. The very reasonable cost of the food and accommodation along with the free shuttle from the nearby airport makes it the best choice in the Hahn airport region . I'll be back.

This is a very convenient Hotel for a short stay especially for those using Frankfurt-Hahn airport. We were looking for something comfortable and inexpensive and this hotel filled both categories. The room was comfortable and clean with a nice en-suite bathroom. If anything could be improved it would be the pillows which were too thick and hard, filled with too much foam I suspect!

The restaurant was extremely busy and obviously popular in this little town however I think we chose the wrong food! From the name of the Hotel one would expect an italian flair and originality to the cooking but our pasta dish was overcooked (maybe "al dente" is not understood?) and the seafood mixture cooked too long with the resultant "shrinking of mussels, prawns and calamari"!

Looking around the restaurant it appeared that Pizzas were popular and looked good as did some steak dishes so perhaps our choice was wrong!

Stayed May 2016, traveled as a couple

Carlo was wonderful! It was easy to find. Checked in just in time for AMAZING TRUE Italian dinner. Everything was lovely from service to the wine. Really. Our room #5, a triple, quiet so we could get rest. There was a fan. EXCELLENT water pressure & VERY hot-watch out! Haha only €2,50 a day to leave our car here while we go & a free ride to the hotel. Very laid back. We chose to leave one of our keys for our car just in case we lost the other during our trip. We left too early for breakfast but we will be back here every time we fly Frankfurt Hahn!
